Rank System

In the QUAD-Alliance, we follow a rank system. Your rank determines your status on the team and how other members look at you. To rank up, you must earn EXP (don't ask me what that means, calling it EXP wasn't my idea. :P) Here are some things you can do to earn EXP.

(1)Get a new faction gear piece or scroll
(2)Complete all achievements on a world(the Venture Explorer does count)
(1)Recruit a new member
(1)Attend an ingame meeting
(1)Lead a 4-person team to success for the first time(rank 5 only)
(2)Make a prize donation. (money, rares)
(1)Stay active for a month(leaders Decide if you were active enough)
(3)Get ALL faction gear for your faction. (that includes rank 1, 2, and 3 of each class)
(2)Attend every meeting for a month(Bonus, on top of the points you get for attending them.

And the 7 ranks you can obtain are shown below.

Recruit: This is your beginning rank, its not high, but its just more reason to stay active and rank up.

Initiate: You need 5 EXP for this rank. You also need to have the rank 2 scroll. This is still low but its progress, later we will reward you for your achievement. More respect is given.

Grunt: You need 10 more EXP and full Rank 2 or the rank 3 scroll. This marks your progress to a medium level, This proves you are active and a very large part of this council.

Officer: You need 15 more EXP and the rank 3 scroll. Still categorized as middle ranked, almost the same as last but getting this far will get you a mailed reward.

Mercenary: Congrats, you made it this far, You will lead a small group consisting of 4, you will be able to choose your group members, If a task is assigned your whole team can work together to do it. You need 20 more EXP(for a total of 50) and full rank 3 gear.

Agent: You newed 30 more EXP and your faction leader's approval that you are worthy of this position.You are given a big reward sent by mail. You may do many more things and Great respect is given.

Founder: At this point, you have been in the council for 3 months. You have 50 more EXP for a total of 130 in all. Your detication is huge, and you are awarded a mega package of high council gear. You are given a place on the founder team, and you get almost as much power as a second-in command and you help the other founders organize stuff. Before getting this position, all of the leaders approve(some may have personal tests for you to pass).

You may have noticed its kinda hard to rank up. Its supposed to be. NO WHINING! :P :P :P
